Glass-filled materials with surface lubrication («W» series materials)

Our company has developed and introduced into production glass-filled materials, the process flow of which allows producing granules with a layer of lubricant applied on the surface. Materials of  «W» series are described by:
•    perfect surface quality of finished articles,
•    higher flow properties ensuring problem-free manufacturing of thin-walled articles,
•    processibility (easier demoulding of articles, shorter cycle time, higher productivity of injection moulding machines).
•    at proper storage the moisture content in materials with surface lubrication remains constant during 3 months.

Materials of gardes:
– Grodnamid PA6-H-GF30PW
– Grodnamid PA6-HBK-GF30PW
are PA-6 virgin based polymer composite materials reinforced with chopped glass fibre and with modifying additives. They are described by higher melt flow and improved injection properties. These grades contain a thermostabiliser. The materials are resistant to hydrocarbons (kerosene,  petrol, etc.), mineral oils, strong and weak alkali, weak acids and have high electrical strength. Grodnamid PA6-HBK-GF30PW is produced pigmented black.

– Grodnamid PA6-HBK-GF30W
– Grodnamid PA6-GF30W
are PA-6 based composite materials reinforced with chopped glass fibre and with modifying additives. They are described by higher melt flow and improved injection properties. Grodnamid PA6-HBK-GF30W contains a thermostabiliser. The materials are resistant to hydrocarbons (kerosene,  petrol, etc.), mineral oils, strong and weak alkali, weak acids and have high electrical strength. Grodnamid PA6-HBK-GF30W is produced pigmented black.

– Grodnamid PA6-HBK150-GF30PW
is a PA-6 virgin based composite material reinforced with chopped glass fibre and with modifying additives. It is described by higher melt flow and improved injection properties. It is characterized by high heat resistance, retention of physical and chemical properties at long-term exposure to high temperatures. The material is resistant to hydrocarbons (kerosene,  petrol, etc.), mineral oils, strong and weak alkali, weak acids and have high electrical strength. It is produced pigmented black.

Glass-filled materials with improved performance

Materials of these series are polymer composite materials which consist of polyamide 6 reinforced with chopped glass fibre and modified with olefinic copolymers. The materials retain their performance characteristics at exposure to lower temperatures and elevated humidity. Characterised by:
•    lower water absorption,
•    cracking resistance at low temperatures,
•    UV-resistance,
•    weather resistance,
•    high mechanical and impact strength.
The materials take good ultrasonic welding and mechanical treatment. The materials are resistant to hydrocarbons (kerosene,  petrol, etc.), mineral oils, strong and weak alkali, weak acids.

Material is produced pigmented black.

– Grodnamid PA6-H-GF30A-2
Material is described by increased strength and frost-resistance.

– GrodnamidPA6-GF20P-1
– Grodnamid PA6-GF20-1
are PA6 virgin polymer composite materials (except for Grodnamid PA6-GF20-1) filled with chopped glass fibre. They are described by low friction factor, high processibility and low wear of equipment parts during processing. Grodnamid PA6-H-GF15P contains a thermostabiliser.

are PA6 virgin based polymer composite materials (except for Grodnamid PA6-GF30-1 and Grodnamid PA6-HBK-GF30), filled with chopped glass fibre. They are characterized by high mechanic and electrical strength, impact and vibrations resistance. The materials are resistant to hydrocarbons (kerosene,  petrol, etc.), mineral oils, strong and weak alkali, weak acids.
The grades with letter «Т» contain a thermostabiliser.

– Grodnamid PA6-H-GF45P
– Grodnamid PA6-GF50P-1
– Grodnamid PA6-H-GF50P
are PA6 virgin based polymer composite materials, filled with chopped glass fibre. They are described by ultrahigh rigidity and strength, high buckling resistance, low strain relaxation (creep). The materials have low shrinkage values which enable higher dimensional accuracy of the manufactured goods.  Materials with symbol «Т» have a thermostabiliser.
